I have been and will continue to take a blogging break. I must tend to some things that need all of my attention right now. One is my sweet Granny who is not doing well. I have been spending as much time as I can with her. My projects will always be there for me, but she will not. It is very hard on our entire family to see her slipping away. We have had so many great times and made so many special memories that we will always cherish. But the time with her now is also very important, to honor her and love her, and enjoy each moment we can spend with her.
We are also at a very busy season in the life of our family. Having four very active children who love to compete and perform keeps us very busy and running all.the.time! We wouldn't trade it for the world, we are enjoying every hectic minute of it!
Another thing is that I really, really need to focus my attention on is finishing going through all of our stuff from the move. I don't want months to turn into a year and still have boxes and totes that are waiting for me. So I will be back when things settle down a bit! And hopefully with a few projects completed and maybe even some new and improved things on this blog...
